Responsibilities of the French Teacher Role:

• Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)

• Develop students’ skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in French

• Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with the national curriculum

• Inspire students to develop confidence in languages and an appreciation of French culture

• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic achievement

• Uphold all safeguarding and school policies consistently

This French Teacher position is ideal for someone who is passionate about language learning and wants to make a lasting impact in a supportive school environment.

To apply for this French Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching French at KS3 and KS4

• Strong subject knowledge and confident use of the target language

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues

• A genuine passion for teaching French and promoting language learning
