Cover Teachers Needed in Telford
Pay: £100-£160 per day (dependent on experience)
Positions Available: Long-term Short-term Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Cover Teacher
, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with set work
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment
• Support students with lesson content as needed, ensuring that learning objectives are met
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently in line with school policies
• Communicate any concerns to the appropriate school staff

What We re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or youth-based setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence and adaptability to teach a range of subjects and work in various school environments
• A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting student learning
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
