Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in education? Aspire People is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Telford. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop teaching skills, and support students while helping teachers manage their classes.

• Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the teacher
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a productive learning environment
• Support students with tasks and answer questions about the lesson content
• Assist teachers with administrative tasks if needed

• Supportive and welcoming staff and leadership team
• Training and guidance on classroom management
• Opportunities for long‑term or regular work

• Be a recent graduate or have experience working with young people
• Be enthusiastic, responsible, and professional
• Have strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be available full‑time and comfortable working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
