Overview
Aspire People are seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Telford.
Responsibilities- Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students' learning and well-being.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff as required.
- Experience working with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour.
- Enthusiasm for supporting student development.
- Flexible working hours.
