We’re working with a network of SEND schools in and around Shrewsbury to place committed, caring graduates in meaningful support roles. Whether you’ve got classroom experience or not, we’ll help match you to a role that suits your strengths and goals.

What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but you’ll be:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with students

• Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom

• Adapting approaches to meet each pupil’s individual needs

• Encouraging independence and resilience, every step of the way

• Supporting with EHCP goals and helping students with their social and emotional development

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Are interested in working with young people with SEND

• Are thinking about a career in teaching or education

• Have a patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• Enjoy working as part of a team and want to learn on the job

• Are a recent graduate (bonus if it’s a related field—but not a deal breaker)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
