We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools in Telford. You will support students in managing behaviour, improving engagement, and accessing learning opportunities. This is a long‑term placement starting in January.

• Support students in managing behaviour and engagement
• Provide 1:1 mentoring and support for identified students
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
• Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour

• Experience in a secondary school, pastoral, or SEMH setting
• Confident, calm, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
