Teacher Active is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Telford and Shropshire, supporting learners in both mainstream and alternative settings. You’ll be working alongside teachers to provide 1:1 and small‑group support, helping pupils stay engaged, motivated, and progressing.

Whether you’re an experienced TA, a recent graduate, or someone with strong classroom or childcare experience, we want to hear from you!

The Successful Teaching Assistant Will Have:

Experience supporting pupils in a school or educational setting
A proactive, positive and nurturing approach
Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
Ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles
Understanding of safeguarding
