Job Title: Midday Supervisor

Location: Grange Park Primary School, Grange Avenue, Stirchley, Telford TF3 1ET

Working Pattern: 7.5 hours per week, 12:00 – 13:30 Monday – Friday, 39 weeks per year, TTO plus 1 week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Scale 2 point 3 to point 4 – £24,796 to £25,185 (£4,360 - £4,428 actual approx.)

Disclosure Level: Enhanced

Start Date: 1st September 2026 (subject to safer recruitment checks)

• Ensure the security, safety, well‑being, and care of pupils during lunchtime.
• Promote the social, emotional and physical development of children.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
• Encourage good behaviour, positive play and respectful relationships.
• Support the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies.

• Fluency in spoken English (covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
• Willingness to undertake enhanced DBS checks and other safer recruitment checks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection standards.
• Relevant experience in a school lunch environment is desirable.
