• Deliver one-to-one tuition in home or community settings.
• Create personalised learning plans that meet each student’s individual needs.
• Support learners to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.

We are seeking individuals who share our passion and values.

• Minimum Level 3 teaching or TA qualification (PTLLS equivalent) or QTS.
• Experience working with children or young people, especially those outside mainstream education.
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to making a lasting impact.

• Certificate of Higher Education (required).
• Teaching experience: 3 years (required).
• Driving Licence (required).
• Enhanced DBS (preferred).
• Additional Certificate of Higher Education (preferred).
