Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic and highly supportive specialist provision in Telford. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on the lives of children with additional needs.

This setting provides a nurturing, structured, and highly supportive environment for pupils with a range of complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), ADHD, and Autism. The school is committed to ensuring every child receives individualised support tailored to their specific needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

* Supporting pupils with SEMH, PMLD, ADHD, and Autism

* Working 1:1 and in small groups

* Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation

* Assisting with behaviour management using positive strategies

* Helping create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

This role is not suitable for candidates without prior SEN experience due to the complex nature of the setting.
