Cover Supervisor - Ercall Wood Academy

Overview

Learning Community Trust – Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about the value of education and is committed to making a positive difference to our community. Due to curriculum demand this year we are offering a 1‑year fixed‑term contract.

Term time (37 hours) + 5 days

• Deliver cover lessons confidently within the classroom setting.
• Support the teaching team as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Work towards students’ progress and well‑being through the academy’s values of Empower, Respect and Aspire.

• Experience of teaching in a classroom environment.
• Confidence and ability to deliver cover lessons.
• Strong teamwork skills and an eagerness to make a positive impact on student learning.
