WMJobs is seeking an Employment and Skills Mentor located in Telford, responsible for empowering individuals through tailored support in employability programmes. Utilizing key performance indicators, the mentor will help participants overcome barriers, enhance their skills, and achieve successful outcomes in education, training, or employment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employability roles, effective mentoring skills, and the ability to manage caseloads. This fixed-term position runs until 27/08/2027.
