Flourish Education is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant in Telford for a full-time role starting ASAP until July 2026. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to a non-verbal pupil in Reception, employing behavior strategies and tailoring support to individual needs. Candidates must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, have experience with SEND, and provide excellent references. A competitive salary of £90–£100 per day is offered, including pension contributions and holiday pay.
