Business Administration Apprentice

Overview

As our Business Administration Apprentice, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery and administration of our Employment & Skills programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You'll work alongside the Learner Manager, Mentors and Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of employability, skills, and distance learning programmes.

• Support learner engagement, attendance and progression
• Assist in one-to-one sessions and action plans
• Support job search, applications and progression routes
• Assist in delivering workshops, job clubs and skills sessions
• Prepare learning materials and resources
• Support enrolments and onboarding
• Track learner progress and completion
• Maintain registers and learner records
• Support timetable coordination
• Research vacancies and opportunities
• Maintain accurate learner data
• Support KPI tracking and reporting
• Support employer engagement activities

• Full UK Driving Licence
• English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE Grade
  4)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with people
• IT skills (operating systems, equipment, digital tools)
• Flexible approach to working hours and locations
• Practical and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
