Job DescriptionLearning Support Assistant (SEND) – Full Time | September 2026 Start
Telford | £462.80–£475 per week Monday–Friday
Are you passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEND school in Telford from March 2026. This fulfilling role involves supporting primary‑aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication challenges, helping them build confidence, achieve academically, and enjoy a positive school experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with their learning
- Promote communication skills, independence, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to tailor learning activities
- Contribute to a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where all pupils can flourish
