WMJobs is seeking a dedicated Student Engagement Programme Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and learning for pupils requiring extra support, including those with SEND, SEMH needs, or who are disengaged from mainstream education.
The role involves planning ILPs, monitoring progress, supporting curriculum delivery, and collaborating with teachers, parents and external agencies. You will create an inclusive, safe learning environment and have opportunities to lead specialist areas.
