Teacher Active is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist SEMH school in Telford. The position requires supporting primary and secondary pupils with cognitive and behavioural difficulties, helping them develop confidence and independence.

• Support pupils across primary and secondary age groups in the classroom.
• Help students with their learning, emotional regulation and behaviour support.
• Assist with development within the classroom environment.

• Experience supporting children and young people within an education or care setting.
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour.
• Understanding of cognitive and behavioural difficulties.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
