Protocol Education is looking for confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support a network of welcoming primary schools across Shropshire, Telford and the surrounding areas.

As a HLTA, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils and teachers, delivering planned lessons, leading small group interventions and helping to create engaging learning environments where every child can thrive.

• Holds HLTA status or has relevant classroom experience
• Is confident leading whole-class learning when required
• Can support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Is adaptable, proactive and passionate about education
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
