Location: Shifnal
Lamledge School, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant at Lamledge School in Shifnal to support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs. This role focuses on building confidence, independence, and resilience through tailored assistance in a nurturing environment.
You will work with teachers to plan engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and help prepare learning materials while promoting safeguarding and welfare of pupils.
