£13.69 - £14.59 per hour (£22,616.56 - £24,103.41 per annum)

We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Student Support Officer to join our forward-thinking setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established team that continues to excel across a wide range of areas.

Our nurture provision and outdoor education are at the heart of our school, forming a strong foundation for positive outcomes. Through a rich, cross-curricular approach, we support all aspects of our pupils' development and wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and engagement, working closely with students, families and staff to remove barriers to learning and ensure every young person can achieve their full potential.

This post is suitable for both experienced practitioners and those looking to further develop their skills within a pastoral support role. It offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. The successful candidate will work across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted support, mentoring and intervention, while helping to create a safe, inclusive and motivating environment where all students can thrive.
