Model outstanding classroom practice, working alongside teachers and teaching assistants to share expertise, develop confidence and meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop independence, communication skills, resilience and confidence.
Use assessment, data and evidence-informed practice to set ambitious yet achievable targets, monitor progress and adapt teaching to maximise pupil achievement.
Play an active role in shaping the school's curriculum, contributing to whole-school improvement, curriculum development and positive behaviour approaches that reflect our values and vision.
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers and the wider professional network, ensuring they are valued partners in supporting each pupil's educational journey.
