What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing one to one support to a pupil during lessons, break times, and transitions throughout the school day.
- Helping to create a calm, encouraging and safe learning environment where your pupil can flourish.
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt learning tasks and ensure the pupils individual needs are met.
- Using your creativity and emotional intelligence to turn everyday moments into joyful learning experiences.
- Celebrating every achievement big or small because youll be part of their journey.
- You have a genuine love for working with children, especially those who need a bit of extra support to unlock their potential.
- Youre patient, resilient and full of positive energy ready to guide, support and champion your pupil every step of the way.
- Youre a great communicator who works well with teachers, parents and other staff.
- Experience in a primary school or supporting SEND is helpful, but what really matters is your attitude, empathy and commitment.
- (Bonus points if youve worked with children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
