Schools across Telford, including primary, secondary, and SEN settings, are seeking experienced Reception & Pastoral Support Administrators. This role combines front office responsibilities with pupil welfare and pastoral support duties, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy varied responsibilities within education.

• Supporting student welfare and pastoral teams
• Managing front desk and visitor procedures
• Liaising with parents regarding attendance and behaviour matters
• Recording information using ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
• Supporting safeguarding and welfare processes
• Assisting with pupil sign-in and late procedures
• Maintaining confidential student records
• Providing administrative support across departments

• Previous experience within a school environment
• SEN or pastoral experience desirable
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience using school MIS systems
• Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally

• Immediate starters preferred
• No training available
• Enhanced DBS required prior to placement
• All appointments subject to references and safeguarding clearance
