Required ASAP Administrative Assistant – Old Park Primary School & Nursery Friday 8.00 am - 3.30 pm Salary:
Grade 3 (SCP 5-6)
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our administration team as soon as possible. As you will be the first point of contact for the school, you will need to be welcoming and able to communicate effectively in a warm and professional manner with parents, pupils, staff, governors and visitors.

You will be working in our extremely busy school office under the direction of the School Business Manager, dealing with a wide range of tasks including reception duties, pupil attendance, general administration tasks and pupil welfare.
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills and experience of working in an office environment is essential.
Old Park is a large primary school with 548 children on roll and a 120 place Nursery.
