Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (£13,000 - £14,000 pro-rata)

• Deliver Dynamic Training
  - Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
• Assess & Feedback
  - Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
• Develop the Curriculum
  - Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
• Support & Mentor
  - Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
• Keep Records Up to Date
  - Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
• Work as a Team
  - Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Stay Ahead of the Game
  - Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
• A passion for helping people succeed
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
• Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
• Bonus points if you've worked as an Customer Service Tutor before (but not essential!)
