Hadley Learning Community (HLC) is a £70 million all-through school located in Telford, Shropshire, just five minutes from Junction 6 of the M54. The campus brings together primary, secondary, and specialist provision within a unique and modern learning environment.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our secondary phase SEND team on permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking team, contributing to the progress, wellbeing, and inclusion of our students. The successful candidate will demonstrate energy, commitment, and a genuine passion for supporting young people with a range of additional needs.
