Job Summary

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering competent and timely high‑quality service on site and in the workshop. Positively influence Accelleron’s reputation through a dedicated and professional approach to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service tasks such as installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, and replacements independently.
  • Identify and analyze technical problems through remote or on‑site activities across different service categories.
  • Execute service work that meets customer orders and expectations, maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and ensure availability of materials, parts, and equipment with appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Prepare documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; report work done promptly and follow up when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and recommend preventive measures.
  • Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
  • Apply safety rules, safe practices, and environmental responsibilities; report unsafe practices and incidents.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Sound knowledge of reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience dealing with diverse customers and handling high‑safety, high‑quality service jobs.
  • Capability to work in difficult environments (temperature, noise, dirt).
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for on‑site support and work irregular hours as needed.
