Responsibilities- Perform service tasks such as installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, and replacements independently.
- Identify and analyze technical problems through remote or on‑site activities across different service categories.
- Execute service work that meets customer orders and expectations, maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
- Coordinate, prepare, and ensure availability of materials, parts, and equipment with appropriate quality for service activities.
- Prepare documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative; report work done promptly and follow up when necessary.
- Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and recommend preventive measures.
- Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
- Apply safety rules, safe practices, and environmental responsibilities; report unsafe practices and incidents.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
- Sound knowledge of reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience dealing with diverse customers and handling high‑safety, high‑quality service jobs.
- Capability to work in difficult environments (temperature, noise, dirt).
- Willingness to travel to client locations for on‑site support and work irregular hours as needed.
