Location: Telford

Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 + Car Allowance + Overtime + Pension

Working Hours: Monday - Friday Days 8am - 4.30pm

• AC or DC drive experience
• PLC and HMI experience
• Apprentice trained and preferably HND and above

Primary customer‑facing Field Service Engineer supporting industrial power and drive systems. Work across Metal, Dyno Test Rigs, Hydrogen Electrolyzers, EV Charging, Battery Energy Storage, and bespoke systems. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and support AC/DC motor control systems. Support new installations, start‑ups, and future projects. Collaborate with Project Engineers on testing and system functionality. Provide emergency on‑site support and remote support via phone/email.

Ensure systems operate according to Functional Design Specifications and customer requirements. Diagnose problems, develop solutions, and work independently or within a team. Follow company service processes and identify opportunities for upgrades, spare parts, and value‑added services.

• Hybrid role with extensive UK travel and occasional international travel.
• Travel requirement up to 60%, including short‑notice and emergency callouts.
• May require non‑standard working hours, on‑call duties, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.
