Magna International Inc. in Telford is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop, design and integrate robot grippers, CNC fixtures, stillages and heat treat racks. You will engage in mechanical design simulations for automation and ensure designs meet performance, safety and cost targets.
The role requires strong CAD skills (Solid Works or Catia), hands-on design and understanding of DFM/DFMEA, with responsibilities spanning concept to prototype and supplier coordination.
