MERITUS are working with an innovative engineering business specialising in advanced automation and control systems to recruit a Controls Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team, developing PLC software, commissioning bespoke automation systems and supporting customers across a variety of industrial applications both in the UK and overseas.

If you have a strong background in PLC programming and enjoy seeing projects through from development and testing to on-site commissioning, we'd love to hear from you.

Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you'll be involved throughout the full project life cycle, from PLC software development and system testing through to commissioning, customer support and operational handover.

This is a varied role that combines office-based engineering with regular UK and international travel to customer sites.
