M‑Tec Engineering Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production/Process Engineer to champion process improvements and technical leadership on die-casting projects. You will drive HSE adherence on the shop floor while collaborating with the Production Team to meet delivery objectives.
You will lead continuous improvement, develop process documentation, and troubleshoot root causes, guiding colleagues with effective coaching and mentoring. This role is on-site at the plant.
