Safety Engineer (Machinery) £65,000 - £68,000 Company Bonus Training Progression Car Allowance 33 Days Holiday Private Medical Healthcare International Travel Macclesfield Are you a Safety Engineer with hands-on machinery compliance experience, looking to join a well-established industry specialist where you will work on varied projects and a diverse range of complex machinery as you become a leading technical authority within the business?
Are you looking for a position offering full autonomy as you work with high-end clientele across the UK, and international, with regular travel opportunities to Europe, the US, and Japan, alongside ongoing specialist training, a generous bonus scheme, and a car allowance? In this role, you will be the Senior Engineer responsible for the inspection, risk and conformity assessments of a wide range of machinery, ensuring compliance with UKCA and CE marking, industry regulations, standards, and legislation.
You prepare, review and document technical files, advice manufacturers on machinery safety and design compliance, and undertake regular UK site visits, with opportunities for international travel. Established over 30 years ago, this globally recognised company specialises in machinery compliance and certification services; as a UK approved body for machinery, they have built a reputation for providing technical expertise and high-quality services and are looking for someone to join the company as they continue to grow and take on more projects.
This role would suit a Safety Engineer with hands-on machinery compliance experience, who is looking to further their career within a company seeing year-on-year successes offering a generous remuneration package, tailored ongoing training, and fully expensed travel, as you develop your portfolio tackling technically challenging and rewarding projects.
The Role:
Oversee machinery inspections and risk assessments Advise manufacturers on regulatory compliance Review and produce legal documentation 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours, 8 hours per day
