Finance Manager | Accounts Manager | Leicester | Permanent Job | Full-Time Accounts / Finance Manager I am seeking a part‑qualified Accounts/Finance Manager to support a small, friendly organisation operating within the construction or education sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail across Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Management Information, and finance system administration.

You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial operations, including invoicing, cashflow monitoring, supplier payments, credit control, and oversight of timesheets and expenses.

Experience with systems such as Xero or Deltek (including Vantagepoint or PIM) would be beneficial.

Working alongside external accountants, you will need a strong understanding of core accounting processes and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone who can identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver accurate and insightful financial information.
