Luton 3 days per week and 2 day hybrid Are you a commercially minded FP&A Analyst looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-established retail group experiencing significant growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business, driving insight, and influencing strategic decisions.

What you’ll be doing Owning the Business Planning & Forecasting cycle, partnering across Finance and Operations. Building and enhancing financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis. Leading new site modelling —evaluating viability, projecting performance, and supporting investment decisions. Providing clear, actionable analysis to senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making. Monitoring performance against plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends. Driving continuous improvement across reporting, modelling, and planning processes.

What we’re looking for Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment. Excellent financial modelling skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to build from scratch. Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and curiosity. Part-qualified, qualified, or QBE—what matters most is capability and impact.
