Fund Accountant

Robert Half is partnering with a real estate investment firm to recruit a Fund Accountant . This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain broad exposure to both commercial finance and fund accounting. Location :
London (4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation. Oversee balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reconciliations. Manage cashflow, optimize working capital, and support budgeting/forecasting. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for compliance, statutory accounts, and tax reporting. Support investor relations, capital drawdowns, and debt covenant preparation. Improve financial processes and manage accounts payable/receivable. Requirements: ACA qualified or experienced fund accountant.

Desired:
Knowledge of local and US GAAP. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Benefits:
