Hybrid - 3 days onsite

The Opportunity
We're appointing an experienced Interim Finance Director/Finance Lead to support a focused turnaround and rapid EBITDA improvement phase
.

This is a hands‑on, commercially driven interim role for a decisive finance leader who can stabilise cash, improve working capital and act as a true commercial partner to a fast‑paced CEO and Board. This is not a passive reporting role - you will be expected to challenge, influence and deliver at pace.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of cash flow, working capital and balance sheet risk
• Implement a rolling cash forecast with clear RAG visibility
• Reduce debtor days and improve cash collection
• Improve management accounts to support commercial decision‑making
• Introduce structure to sales forecasting and forward income visibility
• Identify automation and process efficiencies (Sage 200 environment)
• Support pricing, margin protection and SaaS/subscription reporting
• Strengthen governance while freeing up CEO time

You will sit on the Board for the duration of the engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven interim FD/senior finance leader experience in SME turnaround or growth environments
• Strong track record in cash stabilisation and working capital improvement
• Commercial, confident and comfortable challenging senior stakeholders
• Experience across multi‑entity structures
• Hands‑on and delivery‑focused
• Systems and process improvement experience (Sage 200 a plus)
• SaaS or subscription revenue exposure is beneficial
