A copy of the shift pattern can be provided on request and discussed further pattern will involve hours mainly between Monday to Friday, with occasional out of hours work requirements.
Day to day, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Line management of the Urgent Care team at your designated base
- Supporting and supervising all members of the Urgent Care team in delivering a high-quality service to patients
- Assist in the recruitment of new employees across the IUC Service, to include interviewing, induction and training

- An ability to work autonomously and flexibly to assist both external and internal stakeholders in achieving the outcome of outstanding patient care for our Urgent Care service
- A focus on service delivery at all times especially during unpredictable workloads
- Experience of analysing and reviewing data and procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures and monthly reporting
- A strong ability to converse with members of the Health Hero Integrated Care team at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and consistent follow through
- A good working knowledge of MS Office suite
