Job Summary

Care Assistants will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring dignity, comfort, and engagement. The role requires compassion, strong communication skills, and flexibility to meet residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Support residents with meals, hydration, and dietary needs
  • Encourage participation in activities and social interaction
  • Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting changes promptly
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Document care activities accurately and communicate with team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
Candidate Requirements
  • Compassionate and proactive attitude
  • Genuine interest in health and social care (experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work early shifts and adapt to residents’ needs
  • £12.28 per hour
