About You:
Are you an experienced Mental Health community nurse with experience in CAMHS Crisis Team looking for a new and exciting role where you can work your way?
Join Medacs Healthcare to work within the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust and provide exceptional care to patients in the Telford area. This is your chance to make a real difference in your community while enjoying flexible work opportunities and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
Developing and reviewing crisis plans
Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care Essential
Qualifications:
To apply , you must have:
NMC registration (valid and active).
A minimum of 6 months of NHS experience as in Community Mental Health
Eligibility to work in the UK.
