Care Tech is recruiting a Team Leader at our Hadley, Telford service to oversee waking night support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will supervise staff, complete audits, maintain records, and ensure safeguarding and person-centred care in line with support plans, on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
The role is permanent, full-time 37.5 hours per week, at £13.79 per hour.
