Keys Group in Telford is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Living service in TF10. You will assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs with daily routines, personal care, and activities, helping them live as independently as possible.
You will provide health care support, accompany appointments, support budgeting and life skills, and contribute to a safe, caring environment.
