Role Description Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Hours:

37.5 hours per week permanent role

Salary: £25,525.50 per annum (£13.09 per Hour) plus benefits

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence

  • Keeping thoughtful and accurate records Every detail matters. You’ll ensure support notes are clear, reflective, and person‑centred, helping us provide the best possible care.
