Exemplar Health Care in Telford is seeking a Health Care Assistant (Twilight) to join Woodside Place, a modern care home. The role is part-time, 18 hours per week, with a 5pm–11pm shift.
The hourly rate starts at £12.71 and increases to £12.81 after completing the Exemplar Care Certificate. You will support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives, provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, and maintain high standards of care records.
