Clinical Associate Psychologist

What Were Looking For:

A reflective, open-minded clinical associate psychologist who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused setting and is a team player. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills, with a keen ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Experience and interest in working with adults with severe mental health conditions, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches. An interest in group intervention sand developing skills in managing groups dynamicsor relational processes.

Ability and/ or willingness to integrate a range of therapeutic models into your practice and development of the group psychology offers. A strong passion for service development and team support is essential.

The successful applicant will conduct assessments, formulations and deliver group interventions tailored to meet the needs of our clients, contribute to and help shape the CPD offerings for staff within our services, and support the development of collaborative relationships with other services.
