Care Tech Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at our residential home in Telford. You will assist young people aged 3–18 with learning disabilities, supporting daily routines, personal care and engaging in activities to foster safety and self-esteem.
Based in a welcoming six-bed home, you’ll help create a warm environment, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to high-quality care while working long day shifts, including weekends and some sleep-ins.
