Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit aTrainee Recruitment Consultant to  join our established team based in our Telford office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Generate business through outbound sales

• Receive
  FULL RECRUITMENT AND SALES TRAINING
  to enable you to contribute to the branch
• Source and register candidates (face to face registrations)
• Supply workers within the region
• Liaise with temporary workers and clients.
• Resource on a daily basis
• Business development of current/prospect clients
• Contract Management
• Identify workers by using our internal CRM system coupled with access to top job boards and use local candidate attraction methods
• Interviewing candidates and maintain recruitment compliance
• Develop and foster long‑term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Hold client meetings face to face – full driving license
  ESSENTIAL.
