Hiring for an seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join a secure data environment within Platform Services. You will be responsible for the performance, integrity, availability, and security of enterprise database systems supporting critical services. This is a hands‑on DBA role within a highly secure, delivery‑focused environment.

• Install, configure and maintain DBMS platforms
• Monitor performance and optimise database operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents
• Manage backups and recovery processes
• Implement and maintain database security controls
• Manage user access, roles and privileges
• Design and optimise database structures and queries
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
• Define and enforce data standards and best practice
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Produce documentation and performance reports

• Proven experience as a Database Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL or similar
• Experience in performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database security
