The RoleThis isn’t just about scheduling posts.
You’ll be involved in the full social journey – from strategy and content creation to campaign management, optimisation, and reporting.
One day you might be planning a Tik Tok campaign for a new product launch. The next, you could be analysing performance data, briefing creative assets, or jumping on a client call to discuss fresh campaign ideas.
You’ll work closely with our digital marketing and account management teams to deliver engaging social campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping Adfield ahead of the curve – bringing fresh ideas, platform knowledge, and trend awareness into everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing- Creating engaging, platform-first content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, You Tube and beyond
- Building smart, results-driven social strategies tailored to client goals
- Managing campaigns from planning through to delivery and optimisation
- Writing compelling, on-brand copy for social, email, and digital campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights
- Spotting trends, platform updates, and opportunities before everyone else
- Collaborating with account managers, creatives, and clients to deliver standout work
- Managing multiple projects while keeping quality high and deadlines on track

Skills & Experience- 2+ years’ experience managing social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In and Meta platforms
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience creating short-form video content including Reels and Tik Toks
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- A genuine passion for social media, trends, and digital marketing
