onlyFE is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to ensure staff and students can access IT systems efficiently. The role covers on-site and remote support, hardware upkeep, software installation, and asset management on a maternity cover basis.
You will work across the college’s IT environment, resolving faults, supporting Windows and Office 365, and assisting with projects while maintaining security policies and asset records. The position requires flexibility and strong communication.
