At Lyreco, we're looking for an enthusiastic IS Graduate Apprentice to join our Information Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting a large UK business while studying towards a degree with Staffordshire University. No two days are the same.

You'll provide first‑line IT support, help keep our systems secure, work alongside experienced IT professionals, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in Information Services and Cyber Security.

• Providing first‑line IT support to colleagues across the business, both remotely and in person.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
• Supporting information security and ISO
  27001 compliance.
• Helping to deliver IT security awareness and training across the business.
• Maintaining IT hardware and software asset records.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects within the Information Services team.
• Building relationships with colleagues across the UK and Lyreco Group.
• Delivering excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities.

• Passionate about technology and eager to learn.
• A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• A logical problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks.
• Interested in information security and technology.
• A strong team player who lives our values of Agility, Respect, Passion and Excellence.

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent), or be able to demonstrate Level 2 ability through an assessment.
• A Level 3 qualification worth 112 UCAS points (or equivalent), or relevant work experience that meets the university entry requirements.
• Eligibility to enrol on the Staffordshire University Degree Apprenticeship programme.
